Switching Accountants

If you are unhappy with your current accountant for whatever reason it should be very straight forward to switch to us. Firstly make sure there are no disputes with fees as previous accountants have been known to withhold information until such matters are resolved. If there are no outstanding fees and no special circumstances preventing you from taking your custom elsewhere then we will write to your current accountants requesting professional clearance and any information they hold in relation to your accounts. They are legally bound to abide by this by their regulating bodies so it really should be a simple, quick and straightforward process. In addition to us writing to your old accountant we also require you to drop them a quick email or telephone call explaining that we will be writing to them as they cannot release information to us without your authorisation. Most accountants are very professional and are used to this process so please do not hold off doing it if you are unhappy with the service you are receiving.
